Our dry rub is a special blend of seasonings. we use this in our restaurant for all of our meats. We let the meats here marinade in the rub for 24 hours.
You can use this rub for chicken, ribs, pork, brisket, steak or even prime rib. If you do not have the time to let it sit for 24 hours then at least try for a couple of hours. This will help flavor and tenderize any select cut of meat you wish to use it on.
