DALE’S BONELESS BEEF RIBS

The prime rib of beef ribs, and we slice them! Hickory Smoked. Very lean and tender! 1 pound... 18.79 1/4 pound...5.69 1/2 pound... 10.29 3/4 pound... 14.79 If it wasn’t for Dale there wouldn’t be a Rib House.
MEAT
We have several hickory-smoked meats to choose from including sliced ham, turkey breast, brisket, pork, boneless skinless chicken breast and spicy smoked sausage. Meat cost is $13.89 per pound. One pound of meat makes up to 5 small servings.
SIDE DISHES
Choose from Spicy BBQ Pit Beans, Red Skinned Mashed Potatoes, Cheesy Corn Bake (fresh corn in a blended cheddar cheese sauce), Coleslaw, Potato Salad, Spicy Chipotle Potato Salad, 4 Bean Salad...$9.10 per quart. Dinner Salad with Ranch or Italian dressing can also be arranged.
SAUCE
We have four kinds of sauce: Mild, Medium, XXX Hot, and Jessica’s Fire Sauce. Sauce cost is $4.95 per 18 oz bottle. One bottle of sauce contains up to 9 servings.
BUNS
As a rule of thumb, have on hand 13 buns for every 10 people. Not everyone will use a bun, and some will use two. Buns are available in any quantity...$0.25 each.
BEVERAGES
We have a large variety of canned soft drinks, lemonade, ice tea, etc., available...1.10¢ each.
